Life-changing techniques that Work for You!!

Work4niques is a dynamic, minority women-owned small business based in Maryland, committed to transforming lives through innovative, hands-on techniques that truly work for you. With over 30 years of experience in management, facilitation, and workforce development programming, Shelby Hill, our founder, leads with passion and purpose to uplift youth and communities. We specialize in crime prevention workshops, empowerment mentoring, motivational speaking, and technical training designed to inspire, educate, and redirect. Our mission is to reach youth ages 13–24, first-time offenders, and disconnected or opportunity youth, using real-world exposure to consequences, relatable mentors, and uplifting strategies that build confidence and promote better decision-making.
